Stamp Pad Christmas Card - Lime

The last series of my Stamp Pad Christmas Card makes use of, wait for it, lime! Yes, I didn't have potato but I had lime in my fridge, so lime it is. What to do is to cut the lime in half, squeeze the juice out and rinse it with water to get rid of most of the acid (otherwise it will stain your card yellow). Leave it a moment to dry and dab some paint to use it as a stamp. For my cards, I use these lime stamps to make pictures of Christmas decoration balls.

tips: if your lime becomes too hollow after squeezing, fill in the gaps with some bits of tissue paper
